USING THOUGHT AND IMAGINATION

This process generates positive emotions and feelings around the object of our attention. Whatever we place our attention on, grows and becomes stronger and more stable while what we take our attention away from becomes smaller and diminished. Visualisation is the practice of familiarising our minds with the thoughts and feelings we want more of while letting go of the things that do not serve us. It is a powerful tool in creating conditions and experiences we want more of in life.
