We offer courier or South African postal service options for shipping, as well as a collect by arrangement option in Swellendam. When you proceed to check out you will be able to select which shipping option you would prefer. If you spend R500 or more, we will courier your order to you for free!

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your order and confirm that payment has been received, we will pack your order and arrange for shipping as per your chosen shipping option. This process usually takes 2-3 business days. We donβt process orders during weekends or public holidays.
PACKAGING
We strive to be a zero-plastic shop, and to that end we use a variety of eco friendly packaging solutions to send your parcel to you safely and securely, with less harm to the environment. We use fully compostable shipping materials including shredded recycled paper, wood wool, newsprint, cardboard etc to wrap your items carefully and ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.
TRACKING
Once your order has been packed and sent, we will update you to let you know, and provide you with your parcel tracking number. Please note that it can take 24 hours before your tracking number becomes active on the courierβs system, so donβt worry if your parcel doesnβt show up immediately.

We have experienced that sometimes the SA post office tracking portal doesn’t work. Your best bet in this case is to go to your local post office (where your parcel will arrive) with your tracking number, and speak to the person at the counter.
RETURNS
If your order arrives and you are not completely happy with your purchase or your parcel has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us! Read our Returns Policy for more info.
DELAYS
While we hope that your shipping experience is a pleasant surprise, sometimes delays by the service provider can happen.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays you may experience in receiving your parcel from the South African postal service or The Courier Guy. See our FAQs on steps to take if your order is delayed.
We do not offer refunds based on delayed orders.
