Returns Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be absolutely happy with the products you receive from us! If this is not the case, for any reason, you can return your product/s to us and we will give you a full refund or a voucher for that amount to order something else.

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received, we will check the product/s to ensure they are in the same condition and let you know we’ve received it.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@themysticcat.com.

4. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at info@themysticcat.com with the details and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you’d like to return it, please email us at info@themysticcat.com with whether you’d like a voucher to the same amount, or a refund to the gift – giver.

7. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 21 Eastlake Drive, Marina Da Gama, Muizenberg, Western Cape, South Africa, 7945. If you are in Cape Town, send us an email at info@themysticcat.com if you’d like to arrange to drop off the product (please note this is strictly by arrangement only).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will endeavour to keep you updated throughout the process.

If you are shipping an item over ZAR1000,00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for un-trackable parcels that do not arrive.
