Olive green with reddish, pink to peach mottling in variable patterning across the material. Good to A Grade. 

 

GEOLOGICAL:

Unakite is an altered Granite consisting primarily of pink Orthoclase Feldspar, clear Quartz and green Epidote. It is a green colour with pink to red mottling. Unakite is named after the Unaka mountain range in Tennessee where it was discovered in 1874 by Mr. Bradley. It is now mined all over the world- including South Africa, Brazil, and China, though is still prevalently found in America.
