Chrysocolla has a cyan (blue-green) colour. It is a hydrous copper silicate usually found in association with Malachite and Azurite. Chrysocolla was first mentioned in 315 BC by Theophrastus, Greek Peripatetic philosopher and pupil of Aristotle.
