HOW TO USE:

Roll onto pulse points, allowing your body heat to gently diffuse the scent around you. Apply to targeted area and gently rub the oil into the area in slow, circular motions. Apply to palms, cup palms over mouth and nose and take a slow, deep breath in through the nose, allowing the aroma to flow through you. Reapply as needed.
